The architect has informed us that site formation works will resume soon. 6 town houses with 3 floors over carports were previously approved. The works will last for two years.
項目的建築師最近表示會於碧荔道37-39號重啟土地平整工程。早前獲批的計劃為6棟別墅式住宅，地下為車位及樓高3層。預計工程需時兩年左右。

The old property is being demolished and will be converted into 6 town houses with 3 floors over carports. Expected completion date is early 2016. The contractor improved the hoarding which extended dangerously onto Bisney Road and blocked the pavement.
舊有建築物將被拆卸，改建為6棟別墅式住宅，地下為車位及樓高3層。預計完工日期為2016年初。承建商已改善了地盤圍板設計，避免阻礙行人路及路牌。
