Renovation of Victoria Garden starts 域多利花園開始大維修工程

Chinachem has appointed its contractors. Scaffolding will go up this month for roughly 12 months. Removal of the external tiles will take four months and impact neighbours. Meetings and site visits were held with residents and management of adjacent buildings to discuss noise, security and dust issues. The contractor will refrain from noisy works on Saturdays.

華懋集團已委託工程公司為域多利花園進行大維修工程，搭棚工程即將展開，預計12個月後拆除棚架。外牆拆除牆磚工程需時4個月，期間噪音會對附近鄰居造成影響。我們與鄰近的居民、管理公司、華懋及其外判會面並實地考察商討保安、塵埃及噪音等事宜。工程公司表示他們不會於星期六進行嘈吵的工程。
