Complaints over road racing have been on the rise again. Detailed reports from residents and property managers indicating day, time, road section and direction were lodged with the Police. The black spots included Victoria Road and Pok Fu Lam Road. In response police conducted a series of operations last week and detained over 17 vehicles suspected of illegal modifications and issued over 200 speeding tickets.
