After days of feeding and surveillance, AFCD caught one adult female boar (85kg) and one male small boar (27kg) near Bisney Road. The female boar was given contraceptive medication and they have both been relocated to the country parks in the New Territories after they recovered from their sedation.
AFCD will continue their operations in Pokfulam as part of their "Capture, Contraceptive and Rehome/Release Programme". Since 2017, they have caught and relocated 7 boars in Pokfulam.

漁農署會繼續於薄扶林進行「野豬避孕及搬遷計劃」。自2017年，他們於區內先後捕捉及搬遷了7隻野豬。
