We received some 20 complaints from Pokfulam residents over the black smoke emitted by a container vessel at East Lamma Channel on 29 April 2020. Official complaints were lodged with the Marine Department which is now investigating. The vessel was in transit and has been put on the watch list for when it next calls port in Hong Kong. We thank all residents for their alerts. A three minute continuous video was received and is part of the evidence to be studied by the enforcement officers of Marine Department.
2020年4月29日黃昏時段，我們收到20多名居民投訴一隻貨櫃船在東博寮海峽持續排放黑煙。我們已向海事處作出投訴，他們正在調查中。涉事貨櫃船當時經香港水域過境（transit），海事處已將該船隻放進監察名單，暫時未知下次入港日期。我們感謝居民的熱心舉報。除了多張相片外，我們還收到一條三分鐘的影片，顯示船隻持續排放黑煙，海事處正在處理相關證據。
