MTRC has confirmed that the Kennedy Town and HKU MTR stations will open on 28 December 2014. The Sai Ying Pun station will open first quarter next year.

港鐵公司已宣佈西港島綫堅尼地城站及香港大學站會在2014年12月28日正式啓用。西營盤站則會在下年首季啓用。

Service Will Commence Upon Commissioning Of MTR West Island Line - 28 December 2014.
服務會於西港島線通車後開行 - 2014年12月28日

Passengers will be entitled to a $0.50 discount when interchanging from minibus 58/58M to MTR at Kennedy Town station (and vice versa )using the same adult octopus card

乘客使用同一張成人八達通乘坐小巴58號或58M於堅尼地城站轉乘港鐵（或相反方向）能享用5毫子折扣優惠。

Cyberport Station in 2026 數碼港港鐵站- 2026

政府今天發表了鐵路發展策略最新報告，當中確認於數碼港設置港鐵站。南港島線（西段）計劃於最遲2026年通車。沿途港鐵站包括黃竹坑、香港仔、田灣、華富、數碼港、瑪麗醫院及香港大學。

當局備悉了我們的意見-要求薄扶林段採用地底型式興建。

Government has confirmed its new Railway Development Strategy today, and a station in Cyberport not later than 2026. South Island Line (West) will include stops in Wong Chuk Hang, Aberdeen, Tin Wan, Wah Fu, Cyberport, Queen Mary Hospital and HKU.

Our strong preference for an underground alignment has been noted.

Government is now studying the South Island (West) alignment and implementation. It is likely that this will include a Cyberport Station. The commissioning of this rail line will coincide with completion of the redevelopment of Wah Fu in 2025. We have informed Government that the Pokfulam community objects to an exposed rail above ground.

政府現正研究南港島線西段的走線及興建詳情，當中有機會接駁數碼港。預計通車時間會與華富重建完成時間吻合，即2025年。我們已向政府表示薄扶林居民反對鐵路用架空形式興建。

The survey conducted in April 2013 shows that Pokfulam residents support an MTR station but not a rail above ground. Of the 346 respondents 78% support an MTR station in Pokfulam. Similarly, the greater majority prefers a station in the mountain with a pedestrian tunnel to the arcade, rather than an exposed rail and station along the road. We have submitted a report to the Government and the Legislative Council. It will be some time before Government publishes their time line and priorities for new rail developments.

346名薄扶林居民參與了我們2013年4月的意見調查，當中78%支持於薄扶林設置港鐵站。同樣的大多數傾向於地底設置港鐵站並以行人隧道型式連接到路面。我們已將此意見轉告政府及立法會。距離當局決定及公佈新鐵路的方案及優先次序仍有一段時間。
