Following our complaint letter in March 2017 the Transport Department has conducted their own surveys and concluded that the service problems are serious. This week, we held a meeting with the operator and Transport Department. The next step is for them to identify solutions which are technically feasible and acceptable to residents in both Pokfulam and Kennedy Road. We have asked them to respond within 2 months.
Owing to the consistently poor service and management, we have lodged a complaint with the Transport Department with records of 45 lost trips and 20 buses skipping the Lower Baguio stops. We asked Transport Department to issue a final warning to the operator and to come up with a plan of actions to improve the services.
